Environmental pollution: The culprit that causes many diseases

While cancer is mentioned frequently, other diseases also increase dramatically and the culprit is environmental pollution.

Our bodies cab function properly if people live in healthy environment. But that was possible only in the last century, now we are living in the world full of chemicals.

Malignant disease progress dramatically

Although the concept of a disease is not new (the first cancer case was reported in 1600 BC), the incidence of the disease is growing rapidly and most is closely linked to Carcinogens which have become abundant in our environment for several decades (such as pesticides, stimulants, chemical detergents, etc).

The information below shows that environmental conditions affect our health in many ways.

Some statistics of cancer rate from Coalition of Cancer Prevention shows that Cancer rates have increased by a total rate by 60%, from 1950 to 1998, specifically:

- Brain cancer increased by 80-90%

- Breast cancer increased by 60%

- Testicular cancer increased by 300%

- Cancer in children increased by 40-50%

- The cancer rate is estimated to be doubled by 2050.

Cancer cell

While cancers is mentioned the most, other diseases have also worryingly increased because if the adverse effects of polluted  environment on human health:

- Asthma increased by 75% in the period of 1980-1994 years, and by 150% in children. According to EPA, this was also the time when air pollution raised the most.

- Diabetes type 1 has doubled since 1980, diabetes type 2 doubled between 1970s and 1990s.

- The cases of autism have increased to an alarming rate of 56% from 2002 to 2006.

- The rate of infertility is expected to skyrocket in the next few decades.

- 413 tests showed that 287 chemicals are found in the umbilical cord blood of infants.

- The study of different samples of milk confirmed the presence of pesticides, herbicides, industrial detergents in it.

Obviously, there is something going on with our bodies. Science also has many evidences to prove that these changes are due to human impact on the environment.

More research and more urgent preventive actions have  been made to protect the environment, improve the health and to eliminate all dangerous chemicals.

Birth defects and infertility issues

Congenital defects are related to pollution, herbicides, antibiotics, air pollution, agricultural chemicals, beauty products, plastic products, dry cleaning, household products and detergents…

The infertility factor is related to pesticides, air pollution, lead exposure, water pollution, flame retardants and household utensils ( a huge number of chemicals was found in  many detergents, soft fabrics, paints, shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, etc).

Industrial food processing

Processed foods are associated with food allergies, obesity and blood cancer in children.

Unhealthy livestock farms cause increasing soil erosion and water pollution, reduce soil fertility, and increase the occurrence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria due to the abuse of antibiotics. These environmental problems greatly affect human health.

Our responsibility

All these things show the environmental impact on human health and colossal deterioration of basic living conditions such as soil, air and clean water.

What if there is no clean water to drink, no air to breathe or no fertile richness of soil?

It seems that our efforts to protect the environment are insignificant compared to what we have done to the environment, that pushes humanity to go extinct.

There is no question that polluted environment is affecting on human health. The only question is, what are we going to do?

The answer is that in order to maintain good health in the conditions of severe environmental pollution everywhere today, all individuals needs to protect themselves. As the house needs to be cleaned regularly to become clear and clean, our body also needs to be regularly detoxified from toxins and poisons, which cause gradual death to humans... Some of the ways that you can do by yourself:

1. Drink plenty of water:

Drinking water is the way to help your body to excrete the toxins from the body.

The best way is to drink a glass of water in the early morning, just after you wake up to get rid of all the wastes out of your body. During the day you should also maintain regular water drinking.

2. Doing exercises:

Intensive  exercises cause the body to sweat, which is  also the way to eliminate  toxins through the skin – an important detoxifying organ.

3. Consume some detoxifying foods:

- Lemon: Lemon is rich in vitamin C, which is a super detoxoficant for the body. Drink lemonade regularly to eliminate from the body.

- Pectin: Pectin is often referred to as the natural "sanitation" of the human body, because it has the ability to remove such poisons and harmful substances from the body tissues as: pesticides, heavy metal ions, radioactive elements, not disturbing the natural bacteriological balance of the body. The ability of pectin to detoxify the body from harmful substances is due to its complexing properties. Inside the intestine pectin forms solid insoluble  complexes with heavy metals, which are called metal pectinates. They are not absorbed in the intestines and removed from the body with feces.

Pectin can form complexes with such heavy metals as lead, cobalt, mercury, cadmium, chromium, zinc, iron, cesium, zirconium, ruthenium, etc.
